Jon W. Draud, M.S., M.D.

Dr. Draud received his MS in pharmacology and his MD at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. His postgraduate medical education took place at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, where he completed a residency in psychiatry.

Dr. Draud has practiced psychiatry in Nashville for the past 20 years. He is a board certified psychiatrist, whose areas of expertise span the full spectrum of psychiatric illnesses, as well as the innovative treatment rTMS used in the management of treatment resistant depression. Dr. Draud’s approach in treatment is collaborative, compassionate, holistic, and solution focused. Dr. Draud currently treats patients 18 years or older in the areas of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. He is active in teaching medical students and residents, and he has delivered more than 7,000 professional lectures to medical personnel. Additionally, Dr. Draud has served as a Steering Committee member and key speaker for US Psychiatric Congress for the past eight years.


Melanie G. Sudbury, B.S., AAS., CPC, CPMA, CPCO

Melanie Sudbury is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Denver where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Business Administration-Financial Management and a Bachelor’s of Science Mathematics – Probability and Statistics. Additionally, she received an Associate’s degree in Applied Science from Bryman College. In addition to her business degrees, Melanie studied at the Medical University of South Caroline, where she received training and certification in administering rTMS treatments. To date she has administered more than 3,000 rTMS treatments.

Melanie has extensive and diverse medical and financial management experience spanning 15 years, which has enabled her to execute a solid business plan for the practice based on an understanding of the need to continually adapt to changes in the behavioral healthcare market while ensuring the delivery of quality patient services. Melanie has worked in the behavioral health field for 7 years and it is a discipline that she is passionate about and holds close to her heart. She is dedicated to ensuring that each patient is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.


Jessica Brown, Practice Manager

Jessica Brown grew up in White House, TN and graduated from Aaron Academy. After high school, she attended Calhoun College where she studied to be a registered nurse. Jessica brings a wide range of medical and behavioral health experience to the practice. Jessica is responsible for the day to day operations of the practice as a whole. She has a keen understanding of the need for compassion, integrity, and respect in the mental health field and is dedicated to ensuring that each patient experiences such in her role as Practice Manager.
